Returns:
If for some reason you think an item you've purchased from our online store is faulty then please email us first before returning the item.
We find that in most cases 99% of problems are usually due to user error and can be fixed quickly withh a little assistance.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning faulty goods to us, We will pay the shipping for returning replacement goods.
Refunds:
If you order the wrong item or wish to return part of an order we will refund the cost of the product minus a 25% restocking fee.
We will not be able to refund the original shipping costs as we've already incurred the costs ourselves when sending your order. You will be required to pay the shipping costs when returning items back to us.
The product must be returned in a marketable condition and in its original packaging.
All intended returns (RMAs) should be notified to us in writing or email within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package.
